$500 would be the best starting point honestly. All consoles sell at a loss profit, because they make up for it in games and subscriptions. The components used for both the Xbox and PlayStation have gotten cheaper to produce and since they're at a PC level now, it encourages users to have a console that can compete with PCs, so a price point of 500, hard to find a PC that will beat that currently. A year or, easily, but right now, that would be a perfect starting point for both consoles.

500$ still seems a little low i would say 500-750 is the range but 500$ seems unlikely.

If they are 750 at launch you might as well invest in a PC.

Disappointing to hear that they delayed the Halo launch. I blame the people who complained about the graphics lmao

Yeah I think people were looking into them too much. Some of the images were from very early version of the game. Doesn't make me want to buy the console any less I guess. Just won't be a launch title, which I know bums a lot of people out.

I'll still buy at launch but it may suffer from what the One did in the sense that like there will be few launch titles.

Yeah I agree, cutie. I think it will affect launch sales to a degree. Halo is one of the most sought after games as far as the new Xbox launch I feel like.

Agreed definitely a shame that this has happened

It will be a slow painful start! Once these delayed games start coming out, it will heat up unlike the XOne. That had one of the most disappointing launches which lasted a while, I do however think MS are in a better position all around to at least put up a fight.

The graphics weren't terrible on Halo, but they can be better and I can't wait to see the full reveal closer to launch.

Yeah I think it will definitely delay the start, and I agree about it "heating up." That's a really good point you bring up about the Xbox One's launch. I hadn't really compared the two until you said this. I do remember it being underwhelming, and I think the Series X launch is better right now.
