Na anyone in lobby could be banned if they think u been abusing and might be very rare but it can happen

You do understand that all cheating, modding, boosting, hacking, etc. Can lead to a account suspension, ban or reset correct? No method of doing it is better than the other because it can all result to the same thing happening.

Also the customer has no risk in either type of boosting lobby because they are not the one running it, as long as they don't go insane with killstreaks. Both types of lobbies affect stats/leaderboards the same. So again, no method is better than the other.

Please stop the drama.

Anyone can be banned. There's been like 5 bans I know of on customers but that's from simply being stupid with streaks. Your guys lobby could cause the same bans, every hoster should have steps put in place to avoid this. The tool isn't going to get ANYONE on console banned. Since they know it's a pc tool, stop acting like you guys are better. We all know one bot lobby host get more sales than you and happy combined. Quit crying and move on, we all run the risks.

Can only get like 200-300 kills an hour in a bot lobby with multiply consoles but 700+ with the tool

I know of bans from people using consoles. It's just unusual exactly like this method. Just because you pretend there isn't doesn't mean it's true. If you had sales like bot lobbies do I can guarantee there would be bans. ALL boosting is warranted for a ban.
