| I'd probably uninstall and reinstall neighborhood. That's if you've done all the basics like clearing your cache, replacing all plugins with fresh ones from somewhere reputable like ninja or one of the other stealth servers, make sure you're launch.ini is saving and to the right drive. Other than that it could just be a bad install of neighborhood or your pc is blocking the programs.
