I have just recently done this. I use one called "Modest Menu"

It works alright. Lots of add ons, player mods, lobby mods, money drops etc. Pretty much has everything.

The only complaint I have with this menu, is when you do the money drops, you are limited by the amount you can do per drop. So if its only 2k a drop, and you want to give someone $10,000,000 its going to obviously take a little time. Assuming that is for giving the money. For yourself there is a way to get it quicker. And I have found that is through the casino. Just walk in, open the mod menu and set casino slots to auto win every time. Then go spin the slots like 10 times. Then withdraw the winnings to your bank.

I certainly know Paragon and Impulse are undetected they are paid of course.
