Hey guys I'm looking to start YouTube and twitch back up I use to do a little here and a little there, but now since I have the money and job to support my dream I really want to put some money into it. This build we be used for live-streaming and making YouTube videos and some light video editing. NO I WILL NOT BE GAMING ON THIS BUILD

What is your budget and currency? 1,600
What will you use the PC for? Light Video Editing/Live-Streaming
Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using?Don't Need any monitors
Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals?Don't need keyboard or mouse
Do you need an operating system? No
Will you overclock?No.
Anything else we should know?No

So I was thinking would it be better to add another 16GB of ram in there . I'm going to be doing some coding and multitasking as well. Also I was looking at the RTX 2080 and just wondering how good is that card really. Would it really make a difference in my performance?

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor ($166.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard ($114.99 @ Best Buy)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory ($66.98 @ Amazon)
Storage: Sabrent Rocket Q 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($119.98 @ Amazon)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4 GB SC ULTRA GAMING Video Card ($169.99 @ Walmart)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400A ATX Mid Tower Case ($70.98 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Corsair CX (2017) 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($79.97 @ Newegg)
Total: $789.88

PSU availability is god awful right now. If you're willing to wait for stock/pricing to return to normal, you should be able to get a decent Bronze rated unit for <$60 or Gold rated for <$90.

If you're going to manually tune your RAM, then one of these kits is a better bet;

pcpartpicker.com/product/hkTzK8/p...416g373c7k
but if you're just going to set A-XMP/DOCP and get on your way, then I'd probably just save the $20 with the G.Skill kit.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor ($172.49 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus PRIME B550-PLUS ATX AM4 Motherboard ($149.99 @ B&H)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory ($67.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Sabrent Rocket Q 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($119.98 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4 GB WINDFORCE OC Video Card ($169.99 @ B&H)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400A ATX Mid Tower Case ($80.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: SeaSonic FOCUS 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($109.99 @ B&H)
Total: $871.41

There's really no need to spend any more than that on a system you're using to start editing some video's with tbh. This will be more than enough. Add some nice, quiet aftermarket case fans maybe and add whatever capacity 7200RPM HDD you want/need.

If you really just want to spend $1600, then you could up the R5 3600 to a Ryzen 7, and/or 32GB RAM instead of 16GB.
You could also maybe up the GPU to a GTX 1660 Super, or RTX 2060 but it won't make much difference since you're not gaming. Also, at that point, I'd really be investing some of the $1600 in a nice new monitor.

Thank you and I currently have a 32" curved monitor. If I do invest in another monitor it'll be a simple but nice IPS Monitor
