Hi guys so i need some help with my new TV which i received today.
Basically, i've just bought a PS4 pro to play in 4K and for some reason it keeps saying 'game mode turned on' and then seconds later 'game mode turned off' and the screen changes, am i able to prevent that from happening? The TV model is a - Samsung UE43TU7000. thanks a lot! |

Ok, so I did a quick google and got this:
https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Qled-and-Frame/Game-mode-turns-on-and-off-randomly/td-p/468846 Says to turn the setting off, but further down a samsung admin suggests changing the HDMI cable? Or possibly changing the port it plugs into. I haven't had this issue with any of my TVs but hope you get it sorted bud |
