Hello all,

I've brought a new wired controller

And it party chat, everything is find, game sound and chat sound and my mic is perfect


The second I load up ANY GAME it makes my own voice volume literally go from say 100 to 5.... nobody can hear me? Any idea what this could be?

No controller update, done the silly hard reset, nothing on the games affects this it's literally every game, but sat on dashboard it's instantly fine? I've never had a problem like this ever?? Any idea

So if you look here where you see the controller logo at the bottom left. Make sure its either in the middle or its turned all the way to the controller. That controls your eq for game/chat volumes. Makes one louder then the other

Also almost forgot this as well. Make sure that is turned up. (Mic Monitoring)

Both of this options should fix the issue if not trow the whole system out the window lol jk make sure your audio setting in game are set up to your taste every headset tends to be different in my experienced
