To be honest I don't think there is a way to jailbreak without the pc. If you do have a pc reconnect and just download the latest unc0ver release and see if it will work from there.

Those "jailbreaks" aren't permanent as soon as your phone goes off you need to start from step 1 and re-jailbreak. What you're using is just to get a soft/semi jailbreak (tethered). IMO they are cool to tweak with but not really worth it as it's inconvenient to lose your tweaks and jailbreak settings every time the phone turns off.

Clear your website and history data, then put your phone on airplane mode and you should be able to open up the app.

Yeah if your phone dies or you do a hard reset you lose your JB. Third party apps get revoked fast but check daily to see if they got resigned. You can also download Cydia impactor and then the .ipa file off unc0ver website and install it that way by using a computer.

Download AltStore from the repo and the Daemon to self sign apps from the device, you will get a notification the day before the apps will be unsigned and you can refresh them from the device itself.

You do have to be in jailbroken mode to do it but the app stays signed even after rebooting

Glad you were able to sort it out, but as others were saying I would suggest a full jailbreak if you would like to continue down this road.
