i bought a jacket through g&s paypal, but the jacket is slightly ripped is there a way i can open a case and get my money back without returning the item? thnx

Can just contact the merchant firstly, see what they say. If not, open a PayPal dispute in the resolution centre.

Just contact the owner for a refund. If they won't refund you then open a dispute.
