Borderlands 3 XB1 Are there any level 1 mods? Or do the god mode glitches still work offline, just wandering going's to buy an xb1 and preferably most likely play offline due to no internet atm, so wandering if there's any level 1 modded shields or guns at all? Or are they all higher level requirements and if the god mode glitches still work offline at all so it's easier for myself , not looking at people saying to me play the game properly ect just want to have some fun tbh

Yes you can get level 1 modded gear people set the gear to level 1 so you can use them straight away
