Assuming currency is USD?
Assuming you already have a 1080p60Hz monitor?
Will the system be used for anything other than games?
Any idea of the sort of games you'll mostly be playing?
Will you overclock?
Any preferences? Anything else we should know?

The PC will be used for gaming only and nothing such as video editing.

Mostly Will be playing AAA games like GTA V , fortnite , COD , etc.
Don't think I will overclock until later down the line when thinking about upgrading.
Don't want an HDD if possible just want an 500GB ssd or higher if can be found for cheap

Stock and pricing is real iffy right now, so honestly what I'd do is try to get something like this;
PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3100 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor ($100.00)
Motherboard: ASRock B450M PRO4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($80.00)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory ($72.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial P2 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($64.99 @ B&H)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4 GB WINDFORCE OC Video Card ($159.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Deepcool MATREXX 30 MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($34.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA BR 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($56.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $569.94

I can't see the R3 3100 in stock anywhere for $100 currently though, and the motherboard is out of stock for $80.

My real concern though is the PSU. $50 should get you something like a CX450M or SeaSonic S12III but right now, the low end EVGA units are all you'll find for that price. I'd keep an eye out for a better PSU popping up for $50.

I'd also probably try to grab a Phanteks P300A case for $60 when they're in stock, but the Matrexx 30 is pretty damn decent for a cheap mATX case and will do the job.

You can save ~$10 on RAM by getting 3000/3200MHz speed instead of 3600MHz, but I'd just stick with 3600MHz if you can.
You can also save about $10 by dropping the Crucial P2 NVMe SSD and grabbing a 480-512GB SATA SSD instead.
