If I miss a £43 a month phone bill for 2/3 months (spoke to provider they allowed it)
But would that totally mess up? I mean precious 8/9 months have been fine never missed, will that really mess it up majorly or ? |

if you cant pay your phone bill for a couple months it will just keep adding up on your bill.
So not paying it for 3 months will be a total of $129. Eventually if you don't pay it your phone company will disconnect you. Missing payments on any bill will effect your credit score. One suggestion I have for you to use in the future is whenever you have some extra cash add it onto your phone than that way if your in situation where your running low on money its already paid for. Last year I added about 450$ to my phone and it lasted me 9 months. im glad I did it due to this virus and having 3 months left without worrying about it. |

Honestly in Canada, it doesn't affect your credit score much.
Only time it does serious damage is when you let it go to collections. I have a 3K bill that went to collections and it screwed me bad. |

conw4y wrote If I miss a £43 a month phone bill for 2/3 months (spoke to provider they allowed it) Missed phone bills will do huge damage to your credit rating unless you have a none payment agreement with them for a short time. If its the only form of credit you have it will be the only one reported to your file. |

I'd say it wouldn't hurt your credit if the phone provider allowed it? |
