This seems like a out of place comment to be making as the service has nearly all positive reviews but here's my experience.

So about 5 days back I joined the new server they made in hope to make an order, although I do understand there would be some delays due to the server maintenance that needed doing. On the first day I was quoted $60 for the service I wanted,which I was happy to pay, however the team took days to get back to my ticket at which somehow they decided to change the price to $110, this of course angered me slightly as they gave no reason whatsoever and it wasn't like I was wasting their time taking too long to reply.

After some talk with the team they agreed to give me the original quoted price as apparently it was just some confusion on what I wanted, GREAT? nope. After receiving the message saying I could take original offer I didn't hear back from them at all. I messaged multiple times and over a span of a few days I heard nothing back.

This whole process was done over the span of 5 days when really it should've taken a few hours max.

I'm hoping this is just a one off issue that you and the guys working for you overlooked because as mentioned above, normally you seem to be a fairly quick and trusted service. For users reading this wondering whether to purchase from them, don't let this review put you off too much, as it is my belief this was just a one off blip.

@Silky Hey dude, our server was mass-report spammed by someone here who I won't name, but it had our server deleted and restoring it was a Herculean effort; I apologize for any lack of communications this week as our staff have been worked to death.

As for the different prices, personally I manage the bot lobbies at Zeus Boost but from what I can see in your ticket, your original quote was for;

"how much for 1x callling card, 1 emblem and 2 weapon".
That would be $60.

"Can I get a final price on '2 x calling card, 1 x emblem and 1 x weapon camo but on 2 weapons"
Would be a higher price.

Please understand that my homies don't mean at all to mislead you - definitely a one off blip. I'm going to update your ticket now and bump it to the top of the queue! And I'll see what we can do about your first question in the ticket ;)

Thanks for being so understanding anyway brother. Appreciated immensely from myself and the (overworked) staff!

Anyway, I'm replying to PM's now about discord links! I hope that I can get verified here to the point of being able to just post it. It's always the same link! I don't want to break any rules though haha.
