So I have Medaka running right now for MW3 and I try to max prestige and rank myself to level 80 and it won't stick. (I put on force host went into public match).
Also anybody recommend a different menu for MW3??

Correct me if i'm wrong 99.99 positive the Stealth Server xbOnline has a built in menu for MW3 ? Maybe give that a try ?

You are correct they do have a built in menu, he should use it if his other menu doesn't function properly.

I'm running teapot engine but I can disable it as I please. But I could never get a rank to stick when I use the menu? The engine built into teapot doesn't have an option for rank. Just aimbot, wallhack, etc.

I don't remember 100% since I haven't touched the game in years, but if I remember correctly, you weren't able to get rank to stick using menus on MW3. You would need to use a tool.
