so basically im trying to fix a friends laptop
the problem is....the Macbook wont turn on, it charges fine, but when trying to turn it on nothing happens, ive literally tried everything from SMC reset and other keyboard combinations ect, the furthest ive managed to get is to boot up into reset Mac OS, Disc image etc. but cant do anything there i ran diagnostics with Option+D while powering on, and it said External thunderbolt problem, what exactly does that mean, what will i need to replace to fix this or can i do something to fix it, any help would be greatly appreciated tried to explain it the best i could, would pay if someone can help to fix it, cheers |
