Hi TTG

I'm in need of some help and I'll appreciate it very much.

Does anyone know or can anyone explain to me why I get the Memory Error 13-71 code each time I try to play Modern Warfare, XboxOne?

When I load the game up and get to the main menu everything works fine, when I go to multiplayer the screen goes black and then comes up with Memory Error 13-71!

I can play the game fine but on the main menu where you can switch accounts...if I switch my main account to my second account and load multiplayer everything works, even when I sign out of my second account to my main account afterwards it lets me play the game!

So I'm wondering...why can I not play Modern Warfare in my main account without having to switch account each time to play the game?

If one or both of the accounts are in a regiment, that's why you're getting the error

I'm not in any regiments, however at times when I load the game up it does say that I'm in one, and when I go to the main menu and come back to multiplayer it says I'm not it any at all, quite confusing!

I've heard it has to do with regiments.... so if you aren't in one I don't know why it would give you that error... Once I find a solution I will post it on here.

try turning cross play off and make sure you have nothing in your regiments

Maybe try creating a regiment and then removing it

When you're at the opening screen select, you want to go offline, once in the offline menu, go to the campaign and press the options menu button. Once here go to account and turn off cross-play, it should stay disabled. Then go back to the main menu, and you should have full access to your multiplayer interface. From here, go to where you join a regiment and leave the regiment. My live account has returned to normal and won't be joining any regiments again.
