Hello! So with all the crap going on these days I've decided to make some changed. I am going to work on quiting pop and smoking and getting into working out. The problem is I know almost nothing about working out and would like to get into it.

I am wondering if there is an app on Apple that can have workouts for the day for me that I can do at home, have a tut in case i dont know how to do it, and maybe the ability to track what i do to help me improve? I've done a bit of searching but most apps that come up dont seem to be what im looking for.

Start where you feel comfortable. YouTube is flooded with how 2's and workout videos, have a look through and try a few things out.

It's different for everyone, an exercise your friend does my not suit you or your body.

Main thing I will say it get past the first week, after that it's a bug and addiction

There is an app called Nike Training Club, you can choose the
equipment you have and pick what days to work out & it'll give you a plan. Very useful when i first started
working out because i didn't know anything at all. YouTube videos are also amazing because there are so
many people into working out. You also need to remember your diet is the most important thing, if you are
grinding out in the gym and still eating unhealthy then you're just wasting gains.

RS gave you a very good example! I would also suggest getting MyFitnessPal to track your calories and what you eat. It sets a calorie goal and shows you exactly what your calorie intake needs to consist of (proteins, carbs, fats). PM me if you have any questions! Goodluck
