No, it's not possible unless you can find alternate points for points under the board but that could be difficult and I'm not sure of any alternates. How the hell did you do this? It's really bad, like really really bad.

You're going to need to extract those screws somehow, don't be too rough on them. There are various ways on the internet to do this doesn't have to be xbox specific.

PM me for more help, you haven't even gotten to the actual RGH process yet. You can go back now, but not once you break it. It gets a little more difficult than unscrewing screws.

i think your better off turning it back into a retail then trying on a new system with the right screw driver. stripped screws can be a nightmare. you can attempt to "tap" them out. they may sell small tap kits at local supermarket not sure where your located but in usa they'd be at walmart or home depot/lowes etc

I have had many consoles where people have tried to rgh them and stripped the screws out just as you did

there is a simple fix for this , you can just use a drill bit and drill the top part of the heads off and to remove the motherboard , once you have removed the motherboard you can take a normal pair of pliers and turn the screws out very carefully once you remove the x -clamp and remove the heat sync and will not do any damage to the motherboard at all

next time ask a professional for help before you start on the next rgh
