Recently I have been doing some research, because I would like to build a PC. I have never build a PC before, so I would like to check if these components match and work well together. Please feel free to give some advice about the parts I have chosen.
Mostly, I am not sure about which MOBO, PSU or SSD I have to choose.

Thank you all in advance for helping me out!

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB GAMING OC 3X Video Card
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
MOBO: Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard OR Asrock X570 Taichi
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
SSD: Crucial P1 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive OR Sabrent Rocket 4 NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB
PSU: be quiet! Straight Power 11 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply OR Corsair CX650M PC-Netzteil
Monitor: Acer XF270HU 27.0" 2560x1440 144 Hz Monitor OR ASUS VG279Q 27

Of these 2 choices, the X570 TUF for sure. You might be better off saving some money and going with a decent B450 motherboard though, if you're not going to use a PCIe 4.0 SSD.

maxm55 wrote SSD: Crucial P1 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive OR Sabrent Rocket 4 NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB

The Rocket 4 is a PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD. The Crucial P1 is only PCIe 3.0. So, the Rocket 4 is over twice as fast as the P1, but the P1 is already very fast compared to a SATA SSD anyway. So, the Rocket 4 is better but it's also probably a lot more expensive, in which case a PCIe 3.0 SSD would do absolutely fine.
I personally have a PCIe 3.0 Sabrent Rocket.

I imagine these are both in 2 completely different price points again? Both perfectly good quality units though, so either would be fine. There are also probably some other good options. Would need to know your budget and currency to be able to recommend parts though.

So, what is your budget and local currency?
1600 Euros? Netzteil is German right, so I take it you're purchasing in Germany?
What exactly will you be using this system for?

Overall you seem to be going in the right direction IMO, but I'd make a few changes probably.
I'll need to know the answers to the above questions to be able to recommend specific parts though.

First, thank you for your extensive advice! It really helps me!

My budget is (~1750 euros). I am from the Netherlands. I will use the system for gaming 1-2 hours a day.

I am thinking about taking a motherboard b450 right now, but what one would you suggest? I would like to have good music.

The PCIe 3.0 Sabrent Rocket is not available to buy in my country, do you have another suggestion for a PCIe 3.0 SSD? I think PCIe 4.0 is too expensive indeed.

What is the best PSU to buy for my build? Does the difference between bronze and gold really matter that much?

MSI B450 Tomahawk (MAX).

Depends. There are some Bronze rated PSU's that are as good, or better than some Gold rated PSU's. With a higher-end system, it would make sense to have a good quality Gold rated PSU IMO, but you'd be better off with a good Bronze rated PSU than a bad quality Gold rated one.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor (293.95 @ CD-ROM-LAND)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard (124.90 @ Azerty)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory (173.85 @ Megekko)
Storage: Western Digital Blue SN550 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (144.90 @ Azerty)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB WINDFORCE OC 3X Video Card (578.95 @ Megekko)
Case: Cooler Master MasterCase H500 ATX Mid Tower Case (99.95 @ Paradigit)
Power Supply: Corsair Vengeance 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply (80.19 @ Azerty)
Monitor: AOC CQ27G2U/BK 27.0" 2560x1440 144 Hz Monitor (309.00 @ CD-ROM-LAND)
Total: 1805.69

I've included a Bronze rated PSU here, but it's a really good quality Bronze rated unit. It could easily pass for 80+ Silver and is better than some bad quality Gold rated PSU's. That said, I'd still probably spend the extra 10 euros for this;

better quality and fully modular.

You could drop to 16GB RAM if you want to save a little bit of cash.

You might also want to consider an RX 5700XT. In between RTX 2070 and 2070 Super performance, but 150 euros cheaper than a 2070 Super;
