Its now doubling every 3 days in the UK everywhere is closed and people told to stay inside but everyone is still going out in groups just insane. It looks like a forced lockdown is coming.

I work for South Yorkshire police, the amount of elderly people we have to advise to go home but we simply get the two favourite words of "**** off" and then be told they fought in the war.

It's not about wanting them to be locked down, it's for their safety and people just risk it for no reason,
Until a close relative sadly dies of it, nobody is going to realise and that's the saddest thing about it.

I live in Dorset on the coast, and there's holidaymakers going around eating ice cream, the beach is busy, people congregating, its mental, i work in a pub and someone tried to book a table today, its ridiculous, the UK is gearing itself up to be the worst hit country by a landslide

Monday or Tuesday definitely, was threatened last night that it'll be done in 24 hours if people don't listen

Things are really getting serious where I live. We have had a few new cases of it pop up. The national guard is all over town and most stores are closed. My job just closed for 2 weeks because of the virus. I'm glad I'm still getting paid, but I feel bad for business owners right now.

To the UK, you have less than 8 hours to feast on McDonalds before they completely close!

I work(worked) in a restaurant in Glasgow, had to go in on Sat+Sun to clean everything down. Glasgow city was actually surprisingly quiet, but outside the town is quite busy for some reason- seems a lot of people aren't taking this seriously enough.

Got myself a micky D's after work last night and heard this news literally 5 minutes after I finished eating lol. You know its chaos when even McD's are shutting
