If you're really looking into modelling and specifically into what applications? Unity, Blender, Adobe?
2080 Ti is hands down the best if you don't care about price, but if you're trying to go for a workstation I'd recommend swapping the 9900K for a 3900X or 3950X and going with an RTX Titan. Assuming your words of price not mattering is reality.

Thanks for the feedback. I was going to go with a AMD Ryzen 3950k.

But I saved some some money for another build now that I am piecing together and looking to buy a CNC router I have used blender on the system some already. Seems ok. It can only get better with the graphics card

Trying to try some new things here so when I reopen my RGH/Jtag shop here that I have more to offers to the members of the tech game and build my website.

Hopefully once I get the things I need I can upgrade to titan rtx and the 3950k. But in 6 months I am sure there will be a lot better things to come. Really appreciate your information

new build consist of
Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro WIFI LGA 1151 socket mottherboard
I9 9900K Intel Processor
Mugen 5 CPU cooler
64GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 SDRAM 3000
Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500gb SSD M.2
Corsair RM Series 850W Power supply
Cosair Carbide Series 200R Mid Tower
mainly using for computer graphics cad work 3d modeling and very little gaming

price doesn't matter
it will carry a 430 mm graphics card

any suggestions thanks and much appreciated

to be honest, I run a I7-9700 along side a GTX 1660TI and I run everything on ultra with no problem, here goes a screen shot. I recommend getting a hdd then placing your os on the M.2 for optimal speed, then use the hdd as a big memory card.

nonetheless here's what a 2080TI would look like on paper, against mine. I didmy best to match parts pretty specifically to what you listed.
