I've found a few PC versions on Amazon for sale, if this is the game you're looking for.

I'd assume you're not going to find a digital download for it.
Are you looking for a pc version, or a copy for ps2 or something else?

Sadly it doesn't seem to be available to purchase in any digital platform. You'll have to resort to legally, illegally downloading it since it's no longer available for purchase.

Maze found the only copy online one thing to note is the says Windows 98 / Me / 2000 / XP If you're on Windows 10 its possible it may not run correct.

You could use a PS2 emulator as well. The ISO is easy to find online.
