Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this? I've tried everything apart from reinstalling Windows & deleting all my apps, I've reinstalled windows whilst keeping them.
I've tried everything that I can find online, editing / deleting reg items. reinstalling it pretty much everything, even when I enable it inside regedit, it automatically disables itself and if I enable it through settings it will not save. has anyone else had this issue? is there a fix or must I reinstall everything. |
