Not looking good and this is with the US failing hard at testing anyone.


U.S. is doing everything to fake the control/containment of this virus. People can't even get tested if they want to, much less are they being proactively tested when they present to the doctor with flu-like symptoms. It's really a bad situation, there's no way we only have ~400 cases.


The U.S. is doing everything backwards to the rest of the world like if someone here (UK) is infected they test everyone they've come into contact with the U.S. just doesn't and lets them on their way wtf is this?

I take back everything I said about China at-least they gave somewhat of a what about their people.


It's actually horrible. Where I live the only way to get tested is to have either traveled to an infected country or come into contact with someone already confirmed infected in the last 14 days. It's actually a joke, and the reasoning is that they're concerned that the state's testing labs would become overwhelmed too quickly, so instead they just won't test anyone who doesn't meet the specific criteria. It's a very dangerous and confusing situation that is making everyone nervous since we can't understand the scope of the infections.

How else is the Healthcare/Pharma industry supposed to profit from contracting the creation of tests instead of simply using the CDC variant that is readily available? This is America god damn it we need to make a dollar anywhere possible.

I wonder how many people are actually infected in China now. I don't believe their government would ever report an accurate estimate given on the circumstances they're already in. Also crazy to see how fast this spread and shows just how much the word travels in general.

Tbh i don't know what to think about covid-19. Some parts of the media are sugar coating it saying stuff like "its just like the flu and if you do get infected its only going to be a moderate illness for 2weeks" and the other half is saying "get prepared make sure to use hand sanitizers and washing your hands ( which you should be anyways ) and stock up on food" there isn't really a direct path saying what you should really do to prepare and the governments always sugar coat this sorta stuff so its like wtf do we actually do?
