That's the video I followed, different mix amp too mine but same principle, it won't let me assign my headset too a profile to use the mic?
Can you help further as it's bugging me now

Have you tried turning it off then on so you get the message to say you're connected on Xbox which should then assign it

Glad your problem was resolved.

I remember I had the A40s for the Xbox and the aux-port on the mix-amp started to wiggle and the connection between the headset would static a lot, or disconnect. I Had to buy a whole new mix-amp. https://www.thetechgame.com/images/chat/smiles/feelsbadman.png

Glad you were able to get a new pair, congratulations on getting some of the best and most comfortable gaming headsets on the market.
I've enjoyed mine for the last 2 or 3 years and don't ever want anything different. Let me know if you have any questions about them, and make sure to update your mixamp on your pc.

Thanks for the response guys!
Absolutely love these beauties, footsteps on Call of duty plus battlefield are so freaking clear and awesome, well worth £250 even if they caused a headache setting up
