Hello everyone, I should of posted this a bit ago but I used to smoke cigarettes and now I am free from that. It was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do.

For those who don't smoke and are considering trying it or ever end u in the situation, I beg you to please not do it, it's really not worth it.

Anyways, here is my stats!

Congratulations man, this is a difficult and amazing personal achievement, and you should be very proud of yourself.

When things get stressful and annoying, remember how far you've come, and how much you're saving.

Great job!

Well done @Kol

You're doing great!!

I have been off the cigarettes for 9 years, 4 months,
and around 2 weeks

And yes, you save a load of cash, and that cash
will go towards things which do matter the most

First of all. Huge congrats buddy.

At least three times every day take a moment and ask yourself what is really important. Have the wisdom and the courage to build your life around your answer.

Make a list of what you value most in your life. Then compare everything on that list with the instant gratification you get from a cigarette.

What's more important?
