Hey Joe, I took some time to compile some amazon links to parts that will suit your gaming needs. Hope you like it.

Case
Motherboard
CPU
Graphics Card
PSU
SSD
RAM

This will total you $1,100 or so you can upgrade RAM later on if you wish, also you could get a older GPU and wait for the new GPUs to release in a few months.

keyboard and mouse you can just get any that feel and look nice to you.
You can buy Windows 10 here Amazon USB flash drive Windows 10

Memory: Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($135.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Sabrent Rocket Q 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($119.99 @ Amazon)

Grab any cheap keyboard for now. If you don't care about RGB fans, then you can swap the case for a P400A without RGB fans for $30 less, or for the same price as non RGB P400A($70ish), you can get a Cooler Master NR600.

Noticed this is in USD; if you're up for financing Amazon usually has financing on CPU's. Could grab a much higher end if that is the case.

keyboards: redragon just ignore the gaming look and peep their mechanical boards.
