I made a post a while back about getting my first car and since then I've made a few changes. I purchased a 2003 Mazda Protege Turbocharged (2.0L 4-Cyl) for $1300. I blew the clutch and transmission back in September, now all I'm looking for is a transmission that'll fit. Can't seem to find many parts for this car cuz I'm the US the factory turbo is quite hard to find. I dropped $680 replacing the clutch and a warped wheel bearing, just wondering if anyone knows of a place I can get a cheap tranny from. Preferably under $500.

Thanks,

Ya boy Lug

check around at local junkyards for wrecked cars that match up, that's the cheap way we used to always get car parts when needed.
