So I have the x4 2.0 and its on gear 3. But the max speed i hit is 12mph but others claim they get 20-29mph.
Is there a wire for a speed limiter or a way to turn of speed limiter in the display?
It hasnt even hit 20mph.
+rep if you can help fix

are you charging it to its full potential each time you charge?

I've read some reviews and I've noticed many problems where the user's weight determines the scooter speed. x4 is only supplied on a 500w drive and being a larger person puts a lot of pressure on the motor and suspension, limiting its speed to its lowest capacity especially going uphill or on unusual terrain.

I would contact the sellers and see if you can get a proper investigation and solution to the problem. A lot of the reviews on this unit state the same problem and return it for the better series with more power, d4.
