ive streamed before and it was fine but now its only mobile where the screen is black and you can only hear it

A ton of streamers have the same issue where the only thing coming out of the stream is audio on mobile. I've looked everywhere to find a solution but usually a dead-end with the basic explanation of what everyone would think to do, reinstall the app...

I saw that if you change the quality of the stream to something other than "Auto', it could possibly fix the black screen; don't quote me on it.
