I am currently looking to get a new keyboard.

Budget - $50-$150 USD

Want something with the following:
60%
Smooth clicks / not too loud
Programmable keys (Ex. Change R to U, H to O, etc.)

I was looking at the "Anne Pro 2," but wanted to get some opinions first.

I have the Anne pro 2 and I like it, the software is usable and not too much of a hassle. I also have the Ducky one 2 mini with the cherry mx silent reds and I use that one as my main. I know you can change the keys around but its a little more of a pain in the ass, so the Anne pro is probably a solid bet for you.

Also keep in mind the sound of the keys are going to depend almost entirely on the switch so look up your switch options and find out which one suits you best. I use gateron browns and they aren't the quietest but they are blues by any means.

Would you say the one 2 mini is worth the extra $50?

Looks like a decent keyboard, but i'm mainly after a 60%. Thanks though

My partner settled for a Ducky One 2 TKL after struggling to find a 60% with brown switches for so long (I swear nowhere stocks a decent 60% keyboard)

Generally, I've found the keyboard to be decent build quality and nice to use. I would imagine that the Ducky One 2 Mini should be a decent 60% version; it just depends what switches you really want.
It doesn't have software but rather the settings are changed through the keyboard so I imagine it would be quite difficult to get proper customisation.

I think you'll struggle to find a keyboard matching your specific requirements.

I used to use a Corsair Strafe RGB keyboard and found the Corsair software pretty easy to use in terms of custom macros, keybinds, etc.
You could look at getting a TKL keyboard such as the Corsair K63.

I've been really loving my Varmillo TKL. Not sure on the programming, but the quality is amazing. Rocking the MX Silent Blacks with mine.

The Anne Pro 2 is great.

Has programmable keys
The software is easy to use
(Insider Preview Program allows for even more features)
RGB is nice
Has Function keys

I would recommend maybe a Poker 2 or a Ducky One 2 Mini with some Cherry MX brows. That will give you something with a tactile bump, but not the annoying click that you get with blues. Or if you would like a switch that is harder to press maybe look into some clear switches one of my personal favorites.
