Okay so back in October I for some reason decided i wanted the adobe package thing. It was a monthly plan (however later on i realised i was paying £16.24 every month for 12months and if i cancelled i would be charged like £80) however i decided i would pay with paypal which has my under 19 bank account or whatever its called so what i was wondering is if i remove my card from paypal could they still somehow charge my card.

I know this sounds stupid and I should of definitely read the ToS for this one, but I need help.

Contact your bank and tell them you did not authorise that payment.

I work for a bank in the fraud dept so here's my knowledge.

If you take you where paying by card and cancelled the card adobe can request the new details on VISA and get them going.

In regards to PayPal they might just charge the PayPal acc and it'll either put you in a negative balance w PayPal or it will result in charges from PayPal for missed payments.

You've got the package and you have access to it regardless so they need to be paid in full or else you'll essentially stealing from adobe.

Either call and cancel your recurring card payment and see if there is a way to get around the charge and for them to take away access of the account linked or deal w the fine and pay the bills!

Call adobe and complain
When they say they will charge you extra ask for a supervisor.
Keep asking for the person in charge until they waive your fee to cancel.

Just annoy them enough. It works at all big companies and corporations

Have dealt with Adobe before with this exact situation, just tell them you want to cancel via their support chat and that you won't be paying the cancellation fee; then be sure to let them know that if they try then you will dispute the payment and file a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. They likely won't contest it after that because they'd be hit with a chargeback fee and notice from your bank (which you can do as a recognized charge), along with a negative review on BBB.
