| Okay so I got a One X for early Christmas, and worked fine for about a week or two, but now everything quits working. I cant play any games, physical or digital, not a single app works, Netflix, hulu, etc. All I get is an 0x8007045d error and I've done everything it says to fix it but it doesnt work. I've contacted xbox support and service and they're saying nothing is wrong and I'm stuck with it. Doss anyone know any fixes at all? |

| You can try doing a factory reset. Or getting a replacement from the store it came from. |

Does your profile login if not the hdd might have bricked if not then the hdd will want replacing or fixing. Either way it could be the firmware try reset it or send it off and get an new console. |

| I've tried both. I factory reset it, worked for about a day and then started doing it again. Took it my Gamestop, they said theres nothing they can do because it started one day out of warranty when I took it there. I guess I'm just stuck with it. My day one never had a single issue and that thing survived countless drops, a house fire, and 12 pounds of dust lol |

| I'd factory reset it. Make it load from.an external hdd or new one. If it works the hdd was the issue. If not it's an firmware issue. |

Microsoft will repair it whether it is out of warranty or not, you might have to pay though. But if that's the case you are better off replacing the HDD and repasting it yourself. |

Try these steps to Power Cycle your Xbox (Try them all, don't try one and say they all didn't help like most would out of frustration): Power Cycle Xbox Console
If that doesn't help, try a full factory reset of the console by either using the Xbox console settings or by downloading the Factory Reset file on to a USB and doing it that way as it may be a firmware issue. You can find these steps here for both methods: Factory Reset through settings and USB method If you're running any insider versions of the Xbox Dashboard, try un-enrolling from these (You'll need to restart and give it a while to downgrade your firmware from the previews.) I'm on the Alpha build and honestly since being on the Alpha all of my issues have been resolved, so maybe it could be just a bug. Maybe this will help though. If you only got the Xbox for Christmas this year, Microsoft will have to repair it (No matter if they told you they can't.)
