Anyway to save recorded games or screenshots with the share button on the controller and save the captures to a usb? |

Nope.
A work around is sharing your clips on a burner Twitter/FB account and ripping them with a screen cap program. Or if you share them to Twitter you can use the handle @thisvid and that bot will rip and upload them for you on a site you can download them from. Although when you can get an Elgato for $60 at Best Buy nowadays that's probably the easier option. |

Not even if I put the hdd in a jailbroken ps4 and move it onto the usb using a file manager? |

Well you can only.access those clips through the account it records them from. So user 1 can only access user 1s media. So the account is saved to the hdd which has the clips saved to the account. I'll let you know how I get on. |
