I'm looking at a couple of rgb mid tower pc cases, but I'm not sure which one is the best.

Rosewill ATX Mid Tower Gaming PC Computer Case with Dual Ring RGB LED Fans, 360mm Water Cooling Radiator Support, Tempered Glass and Steel, USB 3.0 - CULLINAN V500 RGB

Thermaltake Level 20 MT ARGB CA-1M7-00M1WN-00 Black SPCC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

DEEPCOOL MATREXX 70 ADD-RGB 3F Mid-Tower Case 3x120mm ADD-RGB Fans Modular design Full-size Tempered Glass GPU Vertical Installation Quick Open Panels
My budget is $100. Are there any better ones I could get for 100 with better rgb lighting??

So, basically, your budget is $400USD for a new CPU, Mobo, RAM, case, and an SSD then?

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor ($117.68 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard ($110.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Intel 660p Series 512 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($62.99 @ B&H)
Case: Deepcool MATREXX 55 ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $401.64

Use whatever case fans you already have for now, and then you can upgrade to RGB fans when you have more money if you want.

If you want a cheaper motherboard, then the AsRock B450 Pro4/Pro4-F or B450 Steel Legend are your best bet, though I wouldn't go with a lower end motherboard than the MSI B450 Tomahawk. If you have the extra $20 for a case, you can get a Phanteks P400A or Cooler Master NR600 for $70 which would both be better options than the Deepcool Matrexx, but the Matrexx is a decent option for $50.

I can hold off on the ssd for right now, I would rather get a better case for 100 with more rgb lights and fans

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2 GHz 6-Core Processor ($100.98 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock B450 Steel Legend ATX AM4 Motherboard ($94.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Intel 660p Series 512 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($62.99 @ B&H)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400A Digital ATX Mid Tower Case ($93.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $412.93

You get a worse quality motherboard and a slightly slower 6C/12T CPU, but you gain some neat RGB fans, and a better quality case. I'd much rather take the B450 Tomahawk over the Steel Legend, but whatever. Plus, this way, you keep the 512GB 660p, which you should definitely be getting.

You could alternatively just get a cheaper case and 2 or 3 cheap RGB fans;

This would let you get the better motherboard within budget as well, by doing something like this;
