They will most likely remove crossplay if mods come a thing i would think so anyway

Wouldn't doubt that it wouldn't be possible PC is easy to mod and you can easily get into a pc hosted lobby. Just it will take time and let's see what happens later on.

I don't think they will care weather or not you can turn off cross play or not. Reason being is all stats are saved via the call of duty / Activision account so someone can sign in on PC and do unlock all then the customer can log back in on console and there ya go unlock all. This would be the incentive to remove PC we've already seen this happen on PUBG.
