Looking for the best PC I can build for 1100.

Budget : 1100 USD

Use : Online Gaming and Streaming competitive League of Legends and Blade and Soul as well as games similar to those.

Monitor : will need a better one currently have a 1080p 60hz refresh. No curved monitors.

Have mouse, keyboard, mic, headset, and camera already.

OS : need windows 10 home

No overclocking

The 1100 budget is for the computer alone. the monitor I will not be wanting to spend more than 150 and am just looking for the best bang for my buck on that.

I do not want a HDD. I prefer ssd or PCIe. Only need 1t Max but will only be using around 200gb so 500 GB would probably be best and I also want to make sure I have 32gb ram. So if you guys could shoot me an awesome build for that price point that would be great. Obviously if you go over 1100 a little it's okay if it gains efficiency.

So, $1250 for system + monitor. I'd spend more than $150 on a monitor since you won't find much decent options below $150 IMO, but there are plenty of really great options in the $200-300 range. I'd be looking at 1440p144Hz for sure, especially for someone streaming competitive games.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 3.2 GHz 8-Core Processor ($169.97 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard ($110.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: OLOy 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Intel 660p Series 1.02 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($97.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 8 GB PULSE Video Card ($359.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Cooler Master MasterBox NR600 (w/o ODD) ATX Mid Tower Case ($69.98 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: BitFenix Whisper M 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($79.98 @ Amazon)
Monitor: VIOTEK GN27D 27.0" 2560x1440 144 Hz Monitor ($249.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $1238.88

8C/16T on the AM4 platform is a no brainer really here. 32GB RAM as requested, 16GB would be fine but honestly, 32GB is not a bad choice at all for $100.
1TB NVMe SSD since the 660p is still a steal at ~$100 per 1TB. Add another SSD later if you need more storage, or you can add an HDD for mass storage if you don't have a NAS or something. The 1TB 660p will be perfectly fine for now in any case.
Plenty of good cases in the $70-100 range if you want something else. Cooler Master NR600 and Phanteks P400A are my current favourites, but NZXT and Fractal Design have some solid options in this price range as well.

For GPU, maybe look at spending the extra $40-50 for an RX 5700XT, but if you really need to stay under the $1250 budget, an RX 5700 will do. Both much better options than their NVidia counterparts in the same price range currently. If you want an NVidia GPU that would be a better option than a 5700(XT), then the RTX 2070 Super is technically faster than both the 5700 and 5700XT, but you're looking at a $500 GPU at that point. Just grab one of the Navi GPU's with a decent cooler and it will be far better value.
