Hi, havent posted in a while, but my messages are always stuck in outbox and its so frustrating. Is it on my end or is it because the person's inbox is full. has happened with multiple people.

I'm pretty sure it's cause they haven't opened your message.

I noticed when I was staff that a lot of people will read the 'preview' of the message which either gave them the majority of what you said or all of it, then reply through the first page so they didn't actually open the message you sent them. Since it wasn't opened it'll still be marked as in your outbox.

Some people just don't read their PMs though
