Thermal intake tower 900
Intel i9 x-series i9-9920 12 cores
Nzxt water cooled
Gforce 2080 ti
64 gigs ram vengeance 3600
1500 watt power supply
Asus mark 1 tuff motherboard x299

Every thing is built and put together will not post with power going to the GPU. I know the gou works tested it in another system. Soon as I put power to the gpu it turns off. It will boot up with the power unplugged from the gpu. I tried everything I could think of to trouble shoot it. This prob my 15th build never ran into this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My first thought would go to not enough power from the PSU but a 1500 watt definitely does justice haha.

Second thought would be faulty GPU, but you said it works in another system.

I'm thinking a possible short in the Power Supply. I'd try another and see if it persists.
