Its one of the armory blueprints you can equipt the blueprints before the gun is unlocked you just can't earn xp for it if you do that.

It must be a glitch or something because you have to be a high level to even use the mp7 so it is a blue print tho so idk if he found away around it because your not supposed to be able to use the blueprint untill you got that level

maybe cross progression? story mode unlocks stuff i believe who knows the game came out at 9pm est so theres a bunch of bugs to get guns early, be glad you didnt get killed by someone glitching
