Definitely a good build forsure. Should stream with issues at all.

I think he means without any issues, I think it is a good build. I don't see anything that will be any issue for streaming.

I have that exact same case, the case has a built in 3-pin 5v connector, and if you attach it to a Motherboard that has such a header, you can use aura-sync to control the lights on the front and below the side tempered glass, but the motherboard you listed doesn't have that header as far as I can tell, so if you'd be willing to toss in some extra cash you could get the board I used, which is this one, also hs built in RGB:

Asus x470-f Gaming

It's actually on sale right now too down from the usual $190, but that's just if aesthetics matter, I don't know if you're going to stream yourself plus the game, and even then, I don't know if your PC would be on display either, but if it is, aesthetics are usually nice.

Another thing I'd add is a heatsink for your m.2, the board I listed above has 2 m.2 slots, one is hidden under a heat spreader, but I put heatsinks on both my m.2 drives and left the spreader out as it's less effective, here's the heatsink I used for my m.2 drives, temps never go above 40c so I'm assuming based on that that they're quite effective:

M.2 Heatsink

Only other thing I noticed is you using the stock CPU cooler, I'd advise against it highly and at least get something simple like a CoolerMaster 212, I have the black edition and it's compatible right out the box with AM4 sockets once you get the bracket set up right

CoolerMaster 212 Black Edition

But if you plan to stick with the stock cooler, all I can recommend is to have good airflow through the case, Corsair ML120 fans are pretty good, and pretty quiet, but they're capable of ramping up to 2600RPM's I think is the limit if you really need some quick airflow, I've had mine set to the standard fan curve in my BIOS forever now and they do the job well.

Those are all the recommendations I have, other hardware however I do believe you could do some decent streaming

When it comes to the 2070 Super, I'd recommend looking to benchmarks comparing it to 5700 XT, could save you a little cash in the moment and let you get something else, more RAM, some more storage maybe... or I don't know... A CPU COOLER MAYBE? But yeah overall, good build!

One big thing I noticed is a 3700 will not work on a B450 out of the box without a BIOS update unless it comes prepared already, and actually the dude who posted last does have a point, even I run a 5700xt and it's perfect, I average above 80FPS in 1440p in most titles in the high detail area

Yeah, that's pretty good where you are but Id still make a few small changes;
PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor ($327.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard ($114.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($64.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Intel 660p Series 1.02 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($94.00 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB WINDFORCE OC 3X Video Card ($499.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400 Digital ATX Mid Tower Case ($98.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: BitFenix Whisper M 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($79.98 @ Amazon)
Total: $1330.81

Dont pay $80 for a semi-modular, Bronze rated PSU. Swapped it for a Gold rated, fully modular unit. The P350x is a good case, I love mine, but Id probably spend a little more for something a bit bigger and better tbh, lots of options in the $70-100 range now. I'd swap the Sabrent Rocket for an Intel 660p, similar performance but the 660p is 10%+ cheaper.
Also dont pay $100 for Win10 pls.

Stuck with an RTX 2070 Super but I don't know what games you plan on playing, or what monitor(s) you're using so.I can't be sure this is the best choice without that info. Only stuck with 2070 Super since its what you have in your original list.

Hyper 212 isn't really an upgrade from stock cooler with the 3700x. If he's upgrading cooler, it'd make more sense to just get a nice $50-60+ air cooler or 240/280mm AIO. Stock cooler is perfectly sufficient though.

Same can be said about the X470 Strix. The MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX is 100% compatible with Ryzen 3000 though since it was released specifically for Zen2 BIOS support.
