| So ive decided to take music production more seriously and ive decided to get a dedicated place for it. The issue im coming into is should i build a windows pc or buy an iMac? The DAW ill be using is FL Studio |

So they both compare almost the same, but FL Studio performs a little bit better on Windows due to the fact that it was created on Windows and FL Studio 20 is the first Mac OS release. There is some crashing that will also happen once in a while while using it on Mac. There is plenty of comparison videos and Windows comes out a little better.

| It all comes down to preference. I personally never used a mac so I stick with Windows. Just like TTG above me said; Fl studio runs better on Windows since it was created there. The DAW once again is all down to preferences but for beat making especially FL studio is the way to go. You can still make amazing music on it nonetheless! I make all my songs on FL Studio |
