PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G 3.5 GHz Quad-Core Processor (£76.50 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: ASRock B450M Pro4-F Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard (£68.98 @ Ebuyer)
Memory: Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (£66.97 @ Laptops Direct)
Storage: Intel 660p Series 512 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£56.10 @ CCL Computers)
Case: Cooler Master MasterBox Q300L MicroATX Mini Tower Case (£37.22 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: SeaSonic FOCUS Gold 450 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply (£55.47 @ Scan.co.uk)
Total: £361.24

Can grab an R3 3200G for an extra tenner if you want, or maybe spend a little extra for an R5 2400G/3400G if you want 4C/8T. Any of the Ryzen APUs are perfect for this use case though, so won't go wrong with any of them.
