I am currently in the process of designing and making my room the way i want it, Im saving some money as i need a new bed, Drawers and everything else.
I currently have a Malm desk, Which is black and is still holding up well. But im thinking of going for a White/Oak desk with some nice plants to make the desk look pleasing. This is what my plan is Atm. I wanted to put my PC and PS4 inside the cabinet, But even keep the cabinet door off to get enough air. Does anyone have any other ideas, Cheaper options? |

I have a similar setup. Two alex drawers and the Barkaboda. You should be fine with what you've picked out. |

My PC Desk - https://i.ibb.co/Y76QN5D/69655205-1176059609265799-3513562030160216064-n.jpg
2 x Alex white. 1 X Linnmon TOP white. Plenty of space, I've now changed it to have my XBOX on the left of the monitor, and will be soon mounting a TV on the wall above. |

Are you wanting to make it an L shaped desk or just a straight "I" desk?
I'm not sure if there's an actual name for an "I" shaped desk but we'll just go with that, normal desk? maybe? |

I have a setup almost like this but have my PC on top of my desk and a book case instead of a cabinet.
I have seen people use those cabinets and just put big PC fans in the side of them to get the heat out. Have also seen people cut a hole in the door and put mesh there. |

I have the 2mx60cm Linnmon desk and the 1mx60cm to form a corner desk, i just screwed 2 straight brackets underneath to keep both desks together.
I have the Linnmon with legs though i didn't want the drawers either side cos i didn't need the drawer space. The Linnmon desks do chip easily or you'll find you'll see the tiniest of chips (like the size of a salt grain) but i colour them in with a black marker as i have the black version and i never see them again. This desk has been brilliant for me. |

Okay, Turns out im not going to be creating a new desk for a few months(Need to get more money as paying off some debt) so looking to just get a Long shelf, 140cm to be specific. And then i was thinking of getting Two angled table legs with small shelfs on them to hold a fake plant and a Candle holder. Its hard to explain what i want to do but it sounds good in my head. Im stuck between what colour. I have a Black desk so would white or Oak be better matched ? |
