Ok so I am getting close to buying all of my parts and I need some advice. I have the CPU, HDD and RAM already so I just have to buy the rest but I was looking at the motherboard and its out of stock pretty much everywhere and on amazon it says it will take between 1-3 months to be dispatched and I am not waiting that long. Are there any other good motherboards that I could go for? Thanks in advance.

The B450 Tomahawk MAX. Same motherboard, just a newer revision so I imagine stock of the old revision is dwindling now, and vendors are only getting new stock of the newer revision "MAX" motherboards from MSI. Should be about the same price as well anyway.

That said, from a quick Google, the Tomahawk MAX also seems to be out of stock/over-priced on Amazon and a few other places. If you can find an MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC in stock, that's the same motherboard as the B450 Tomahawk but with some added features. Actually, here, Amazon have that in stock for £125 which is actually not a bad price considering everyone is trying to overcharge for the B450 Tomahawk now;

*Edit*
Also, I would probably ditch that Samsung 970 EVO SSD. Firstly, the 970 EVO Plus is a better revision and costs the same anyway so that would make more sense. However, you can get twice the capacity for the same price with this;

which is what I would be doing.

I have taken your advice regarding the SSD because I could also use the extra storage for video editing and photoshopping etc. I have had a look at the motherboards and they either take 1+ months to dispatch or they are a little to expensive. Do you know of any more good motherboards in the same sort of price range as the one that I listed? I don't need WiFi antennas as I use Ethernet anyway.
