So I need some help here as I want faster internet for downloading games on my xbox one and pc.

My issue is I have 2 routers in my house. The main router in the living room which feeds the front of the house and a 2nd router which is daisychained via ethernet off the main router to give interent to the back of the house. Here is my amazing drawing. lmfaoooo.

I am wired on both my Xbox One and PC and only get about 40mbps download in the back room but at the main router I get roughly 130mbps. How can I get the same in the back room for both my PC and Xbox One?

having multiple devices connected will cause slowdowns and having multiple routers wont improve anything, and if one router is slower then the one given to you by your isp(not sure if american or eu isps give their customers free router and modem) having two different bands can cause issues i recommend going into the second wifi's site and changing the settings to match router one, and if they are the same routers(replaced isps with store/online bought ones) then the only thing i can think of is you hit the limit of devices you can have on your internet.

each isp is different so idk also faulty ethernet cables can cause that and distance as well, because it sounds like wifi settings changed/a faulty ethernet cable i recommend checking both to make sure ie test your wifi speed and compare it to the ethernet connetion speed and then replace the one cord you are using and test the speed again if changed then the issue is the cord, if none of the above works call your isp/disconnect stuff you arent using(this helps alot)

Replace that 2nd router with a cheap gigabit switch.

This, no point in using a second router if all the devices are hard wired.

Does the cable have any bad bends, or go near any lights? Can cause some interference and cause slower speeds. Also, how long is the run from the living room to the back bedroom?
