Trying to help a friend out here as he just got his RGH. He is trying to install MW2 through Freestyle Dash v3 and when it gets to a file called "common.mp.ff and default.xex" both progress bars turn green and freeze up. He can still pop up xbox guide, etc.

We got it to go past the common.mp.ff file once and it froze again on the other file and since then made no progress. Im stumped as mine worked perfectly when installing mine the same way a while back.

could be an issue with the disk.. i would try with xex menu as well

I could agree with Streamah that is is a disc issue. Tell him to give it a clean with a soft cloth and check for scratches.
