Hello, Ive recently signed up for a gym and have been going for a few weeks. I am wanting to gain muscle and size so ive been tacking my meals through MyFitnessPal. I am kind of lazy when it comes to making big meals, I like to have a simple breakfast like some good cereal etc. I have been doing random things in the gym, I tend to just move about and try different things but i know this is not good so im trying to create a good workout routine to follow.

The one thing that is not the best for me is work, I work Monday to friday from 3:30PM-9PM. So dinner etc is not at the best times.

I go to the Gym on: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and friday.

Does anyone have a good Routine to follow and the meal plan will come along itself? (Still trying to cut out All unhealthy fats) Getting there slowly but will be worth it in the end. Thanks.

If your just starting out just youtube or google a full body workout routine.

People just starting out with weights are able to grow like weeds aslong as diet is good.

Remember any routine you get from online will still to be adjusted just keep yourself in a caloric surplus with atleast 1.2/1.6g of protein per pound of body weight, make sure your lifting weights that fall into a 8-10 rep range before you fail and you will grow my friend.

See the problem with him is, you can follow his programs but you'll never get in his shape. That's a PED physique. Best thing is to follow some natural people.

yeah, but they're still pretty solid routines to follow either way.
