You can find them for pretty cheap on eBay if you don't mind it used, BestBuy seems to have the best price for a new one right now though.
You can also look on craigslist or the facebook marketplace as you can probably find a good deal.

If I were you, I would just wait for the new consoles, it will probably be just a little bit over a year but they are gonna be pretty expensive again, and you'd be able to play all the PS4 games on it anyways, so if you're willing to wait, I think it would be smarter.

I got a brand new PS4 on Black Friday for $200 from GameStop and it came with a free game, may be worth waiting for.
