My Instagram account wasn't hacked but I accidentally removed my email when I was changing emails. This pops up every time now

I assume you have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it?

I know this might not make sense but try updating on your PC through Instagram website, a lot of the issues on mobile are solved through trying on a computer

If you have your phone number linked try logging in with that they should text you a code to log in. If that doesn't work email support, and talk to them. If you do have it linked let them know about it.
